Cancellation Policy

We understand that situations arise and appointments need to be cancelled. To provide the best in customer care for all of our valued clients, we require a minimum 24 hour cancellation notice.

Starting January 1st 2019, we will be requiring ALL clients to have a Credit Card on File in order to book any appointment.

After 2 short notice reschedules/cancellations or 2 missed appointments you will be charged a $75 fee for any rescheduled/cancelled/missed appointments moving forward.

* ALL appointments cancelled/rescheduled in less than 24 hours of appointment time will incur a $75 charge.

* CoolSculpting appointment cancelled/reschedule in less than 24 hours of appointment time will incur a $250 fee. 

* Any pre paid package or series appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours of appointment time will have the choice to lose that scheduled treatment or be charged the $75 fee. 

This cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our stand-by clients of any availability, as well as keeping our employees’ schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter and your consideration for our fellow clients.

After 2 reschedules/cancellations or a failure to show we will charge the  credit card on file a $75 fee for that  appointment.  Fees will automatically incur if less than a 24 hour cancellation or reschedule.
